Full Stack Software Engineer

We have an opportunity (Contract and Contract-to-Hire) with a large global client who is taking on innovation in technology to help reduce fossil fuel emissions in the future as well as create new tech out of an incubator-like environment.

We are looking for passionate developers who have worked in a fast-paced Agile environment that have shown high-levels of enthusiasm for tech and innovation. Bachelors degree in Computer Science required and highly desire post-graduate degrees too. Candidate who have worked for start-ups and/or any of the top 5 technology companies in the world are highly encouraged to apply.

You will be developing some of the coolest tech out of this company's industry has to offer and you will be a contributing part to doing great things for the environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years' experience as a full-stack developer. The emphasis is on the backend with about 60% of your experience and the work to be done while the remaining will be frontend work.

This is a technology agnostic environment with major projects utilizing all sorts of tech. Suggested technology background can include C++, Java, Python, or any other OO language. Also looking for experience with JavaScript, HTML5, REACT or Angular. Interested in both traditional and NoSQL database experience as well.

These are contract roles at first but have the capacity of being long-term in nature and will even entertain becoming a full time role after contract period.
