SEBPO is looking for an Ad Operations Manager to play a key role in new partnership onboarding, solutions consulting, client satisfaction, and overall project management.

As outsourcing experts focused specifically on advertising and media, we are poised to rapidly scale to clients’ unique needs, while focusing on all the nuances of ad operations that affect conversion and ROI, from creating ads themselves to end-to-end campaign management.
As the Ad Operations Manager, you’ll contribute your analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills to the Service Delivery team. You’ll lead new partnership onboarding, ensuring that client requirements are properly gathered, and workflows address all client needs. Post-launch, you’ll monitor team performance, work hand-in-hand with teams in our delivery centers and provide regular reports to the client. You’ll also apply big-picture thinking through identifying growth opportunities in existing partnerships, as well as seeking out continuous process improvements that will keep us effective and efficient.

Job Responsibilities
- Onboard new ad operations clients and gather requirements through onsite discovery and/or remote interactions
- Provide continuous guidance and support to clients throughout the partnership lifecycle, leading status calls/meetings, troubleshooting issues and brainstorming solutions as needed
- Collaborate with delivery center leadership to develop and implement continuous process improvements in all aspects of advertising operations (such as new client onboarding, team structure, workflow, reporting, and more)
- Serve as a subject matter expert in all things digital ad operations, keeping up to date with relevant news and trends
- Play the role of consultant, educator and liaison –with clients and onshore and offshore internal SEBPO teams
- Support the Sales Team by participating in new business pitches and calls, providing insights, recommendations and evangelizing outsourcing and industry best practices
- Create, review and amend partnership contracts and agreements. Provide guidance to sales, legal and executive leadership on advertising operations-related language and requirements
- Create relevant documentation, such as workflows/SOPs, for the service delivery plan
- Develop a plan for monitoring the progress of new service teams and providing regular post-launch reports to the client
- Use of a variety of software/tools for customer management and data analytics (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, JIRA)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of advertising operations experience
- Vast knowledge in digital ad operations required, specifically the principles of campaign trafficking, ad serving, creative design/development, analytics, programmatic media buying, campaign optimization, SEM, mobile and video
- Google Ad Manager (DFP) experience preferred
- Experience creating new processes, or improving existing ones, to drive efficiencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel
- Experience working with, interpreting, and explaining complex data
- Passion for customer support and relentless pursuit of client satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills and comfort in speaking with prospective customers
- A mind for analytical and strategic/long-term thinking
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, especially when handling multiple projects
- Desire to learn globalization by working closely with a delivery organization that that is located in central Asia and South America

SEBPO offices are presently closed due to COVID-19 protocols. This will be periodically assessed to determine when the Marlton, NJ office will be reopening. Once reopened, this candidate will be expected to be in the office in Marlton, NJ during normal business of 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday through Friday.
