We are currently searching for a process-oriented, data wiz to join Bombora. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team by creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, owning data management tasks, responding to user support requests and testing new features and functionality. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects both big and small. We are looking for a candidate who is located either in Denver, CO or NYC region.

You will:

  • Partner with the RevOps team and internal business stakeholders with creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Respond to Salesforce user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs.
  • Perform frequent data quality checks to ensure Salesforce data is accurate for our analytics sales, audience solutions, and channel partner teams.
  • Make recommendations on improving existing business processes using Salesforce and other RevOps technology.
  • Assist the CRM team with testing new Salesforce functionality that supports business requirements.
  • Tackle ad-hoc responsibilities around new initiatives such as building new metrics and requests to analyze revenue information.

You have:

  • 1-3 years experience administering Salesforce and innovating or scaling in a similar, fast-based environment; specifically, experience in tools administration.
  • Experience working a part of a sales/business development, sales/revenue operations or sales team.
  • Must be able to work successfully as a member of a team and take initiative to own individual projects.
  • Advanced excel skills and excellent written communication.
  • Familiar with creation and configuration of Salesforce and/or Tableau (Looker) dashboards and reporting.
  • BA/BS required. Major in finance, computer science, statistics, quantitative economics or another degree emphasizing data analysis preferred.
