Launch Factory is a startup studio with a unique approach to launching great companies. We internally source and develop concepts for our future businesses, and then we recruit Founders to launch each new company. Our seven-week Founders Recruitment Process uses a combination of assessments, interviews, and work samples to evaluate Candidates’ abilities to lead a successful company.

How Does it Work?

1. 1. Apply as a candidate through our website
2. 2. Find a Co-Founder through your network or our co-founder search tools
3. 3. Select which of our vetted startup businesses you would like to pursue
4. 4. Deliver work samples related to your chosen company, spanning both technical product development and business planning
5. 5. Launch Factory will review your work samples and the highest achieving teams will move on through each week of the recruitment process
6. 6. Ultimately, one final team will be selected to launch each of our new startups!

Funding + Incubation

If your team is selected, you and your co-founder will become the official founders of whichever startup you chose to pursue in the recruitment process. Here are the benefits:

• Seed Capital - Launch Factory provides a $300k investment to each newly formed startup
• Compensation - Up to $100k of the seed capital can be used, per year, for founder compensation.
• Equity Stake - Equity is split equally among each Founder and Launch Factory, excluding set-asides.
• Advisors – Launch Factory provides a team of compensated advisors to each new startup.
• Incubation – You’ll have access to proven processes and tools to help founders operate efficiently.
• Space to Grow - Each new company is given office space to help you grow and develop your new team.
