About Zider.

Zider was founded in May 2020, with a simple goal in mind: give people rapid access to expert-level insights. Founder Kelly Max designed Zider as a way to address a growing problem in the digital marketplace. Most people simply don't have a concrete method for genuine problem-solving. On the flip side, there are knowledgeable, talented people in the marketplace, struggling to share their incredible gifts and monetize their passions. These people have skills that make them Superheroes to the rest of the world, but they lack the tools to share those skills with the rest of the world.

Here at Zider, we believe that if you have a superpower, you should be able to share it with the world. We are building a Social+ platform, where Seekers can ask questions, collaborate with our Superheroes, and get the insights they need to solve real problems. Meanwhile, Superheroes can monetize their talents and even build a brand, right here on Zider. At Zider, our entire team is working tirelessly so that Seekers and Superheroes can find creative, modern solutions quickly and collaboratively.

• Assess and Design App Infrastructure
• Setup App Infrastructure

#3 - Reaching Product-Market-Fit:

• Manage App Infrastructure
• Ensure security of product
• Build a coding culture
• Build and lead the team

#4 - Growth:

• Develop the product vision
• Launch new product features and lines
• Ensure competitive advantage with the help of cutting-edge technology

Zider´s Current Technology Infrastructure.

Our current App Infrastructure (POC stage) looks like the following. Your job entails guidance in transitioning core development efforts in house and lead Zider´s technological mission.

• React Native iOS/Android Mobile Apps with Expo web app
• PHP Laravel API
• Postgres Database
• AWS Infrastructure

Desired Experience.

• 5+ years of developing groundbreaking B2B and B2C technology / software
• 3+ years of leading and managing engineering teams and establishing a coding culture
• 3+ years of software architecture and infrastructure management
• Experience working in venture backed endeavors
• Desire to explore and develop with A.I. / GPT-3 or similar
• Experience in design and development of social graphs
• Having been part of successful business exits is a plus
