You should have:

• Strong experience with Python stacks, full stack JavaScript, and/or Ruby on Rails (or similar web frameworks) to build full-stack responsive web applications
• 2-3+ years of experience in a professional software development environment with cross-functional teams(required); even better if in fast-paced startup teams building large-scale software products
• Excellent ability to explain technical concepts articulately to non-technical stakeholders up and down the org structure at large organizations
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and data sets
• Some level of UI/UX design experience (this is a plus)

What you’ll do:

• Rapidly prototype and develop BeyondHQ’s initial product lines
• Collaborate Head of Product to identify and prototype use-cases from a pipeline of fast-growing companies
• Own all feature development in the early stages and ensure we scale rapidly
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into product usage, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
