The Role:

We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager. This role includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and dealership requirements, defining the product vision and managing the sprints and engineering team, including outside vendors, to deliver an outstanding product. It also includes working with Sales, Marketing and Dealer Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The role also includes ensuring that the product reinforces the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Some things you’ll be doing:

  • Work with UX/UI design to optimize and enhance the B2B2C online sales platform.
  • Documenting produce features and requirements in Confluence .
  • Write epics and stories in Jira.
  • Plan and manage development sprints.
  • Guide development work.
  • Direct and oversee quality assurance work.
  • Manage the product roadmap in alignment with CPO.
  • Plan project timelines.
  • Allocate project resources.
  • Monitor task completion and quality.
  • Execute towards product vision set by senior management.
  • Balance strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Attain full grasp of a highly complex multi-tenant system in an international context.
  • Train broader team on new product features.
  • Optimize platform performance through an analytical approach.
  • Implement data.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Senior Product Manager role; a plus for SaaS, Automotive tech or Fintech.
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, preferably in a SaaS.
  • Must have working knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, confluence) and Mixpanel.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to get the job done and leave your ego at the door.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Fundamental/working knowledge of leasing and financing.
  • Can ramp up quickly, work independently but know when to consult our experts.
  • Able to perform multiple roles in a dynamic start-up context
  • A quick learner and hungry for product mastery.
