ForceBrands is the leading specialized recruiting firm for the consumer products industry — we build the teams that build the brands. Our industry-specific divisions BevForce, FoodForce, BeautyForce, PetForce and HerbForce offer executive search services, board of director assembly, and a digital job board.
The Tech Lead is a core member of the team responsible for the day-to-day IT operations. Receiving help requests and responding to and managing a solution for each request will be a major part of the role, roughly 50%.
In addition to day-to-day technical support, the Tech Lead will work hand in hand with the CTO on projects ranging from IT housekeeping to Basic Sysops. Additionally the Tech Lead will work on operating and fine tuning our tech organization and help improve our technical capabilities. This is a unique opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to make the move from IT support into Engineering.

- You will deploy our app to production your first month!
In your first year you will:
- Organize and run multiple initiatives to improve our IT capabilities. This may be something as simple as helping get all our teammates set up with 2FA, and will also include initiatives as challenging as managing the setup of a VOIP provider.
- You will build entire features in our web app, manage the QA process and deploy the feature to our users.
