The ideal candidate for the Senior Developer role is excited by the challenges of building tools and applications that are well-written, readable and follow a logical thought process. This person enjoys day-to-day engineering activities, but is also excited by opportunities to actively participate in the product development process and influence the outcomes. While the developer will always be working towards advancing and honing core skills, this person is also flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the sole developer on projects and take a lead role in others
  • Work alongside the CTO and other team members on projects
  • Coordinate various products with clients and team members
  • - Collaborate with design and sale departments on UX/UI and new features for customers
  • Participate in demo phone calls to explain product features
  • Facilitate database administration: Handle permissions, data structure, designing databases
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in development languages (including but not limited to): C++, PHP, mySQL, jQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap, GoLang
  • Proficient in frontend, backend and middleware systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in documenting and building code
  • Attentive to detail: clean code and precise design translation
