Job Opportunity: Chief Operating Officer

For immediate hire, a Chief Product Officer to oversee the execution of Square Roots’ vision to develop a pregnancy gold standard, and work with leading academic and technology partners to deliver the world’s first pregnancy wellness kits into new family homes. An ideal candidate has worked in a startup atmosphere from inception to growth as an Executive, has dealt with overseeing the vast array of commercial needs, from product procurement, customer service, supply chain management, as well as internal operational needs, including financial, legal, and employee engagement. As we are a long term, mission based company, the COO candidate will have a great Interest and care for women's health and humanity's well being as we are ultimately designing a human development platform.

Role Description

In this role, you will be working with CEO and CPO, and responsible for all operational aspects of Square Roots products, growth and mission. You should have startup finance mastery with an existing track record of managing revenue growth as well as investor relationships. You should be commercially savvy, as you will be responsible for ensuring vendor relationships, product delivery, customer service, and partnership agreements. Excellent team management background will help ensure long-term strategy is managed and executed upon. You will work with existing industry-leading partners and research teams to ensure visionary products are delivered as we build a nascent industry.

At least 5 years of experience in startup Operations; Proven successful experience in taking a product to market and growing a customer and revenue base; existing fluency in vendor and supplier relationships; outsourcing, supply chain, vendor relationship, customer service, etc; A team player who is willing to work with and can be trusted by anyone in the team and by partners with very diverse backgrounds.
