The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is looking to add a Sr. Product Marketing Analyst to our National Solutions Services team. This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with our elite Product Marketing Management team, which builds high impact products for the SF Fed, as well as the entire Federal Reserve System. This role reports to the head of Product Marketing Management, and will work closely with the business line leadership team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive product awareness, product adoption, and engagement among internal team members, business partners – and ultimately, our customers.
  • Strengthen product messaging and positioning, and refine product branding.
  • Develop dashboard reporting, customer insights and reporting to inform business decisions and for management review.
  • Live and breathe CRM: monitor win/loss rates and reasons, reporting findings back to management team.
  • Help define how we use our CRM and lead the training and product adoption among internal team members.
  • Build business development battlecards summarizing how cross-functional teams should approach their work in our line of business.
  • Help build pitch decks and marketing collateral, related to the needs of each audience segment.
  • Work with multi-functional teams across product management, UX, architecture, business development, internal communication, webmasters, developers, and more.
  • Lead internal and external communications.
  • Provide support for events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar marketing or technical subject area, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of industry product marketing/technical marketing experience.
  • Experience in product messaging and positioning, creative content development, campaign execution, and visual design.
  • Validated ability to problem-solve, make research and data based decisions.
  • Experience in translating sophisticated topics into stories that engage our customer segments.
  • Creative ability to develop traditional and non-traditional campaigns for challenging problems.
  • Solid experience in CRM (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Bonus: experience in account-based marketing (Demandbase) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
