Highway 29 Creative is looking for a dedicated and visionary Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital agency. In this role you will develop best-in-class digital marketing programs to align with the overall marketing strategies of our clients. Successful candidates will be experts in understanding strategies and tactics of today's digital marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities:

  • Constantly innovate and dream up new ideas that can provide outstanding solutions to our clients
  • Lead planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations and support business objectives
  • Run campaigns across multiple platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager (Google Search, Google Display, Google Discover, Google Shopping, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Take full ownership of PPC campaigns including planning, execution, optimization and reporting on performance
  • Partner with content and creative teams to create copy, images, video, and graphics for campaigns and provide valuable insights based on best practices
  • Properly set up and monitor robust analytics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and CRM APIs
  • Work with clients to develop valuable KPIs (no fluffy metrics here!), measure them, and create monthly reports in Google Data Studio
  • Analyze various data sources (i.e. 3rd party research, competition, digital trends, past campaign data) to help guide and inform digital strategy
  • Build and send email campaigns via various CRMs, Mailchimp or Sendgrid
  • Stay up to date on alcohol advertising regulatory compliance as dictated by states, federally, and by advertising platform
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns/clients at once and effectively prioritize work
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have diverse educational qualifications and technical skills to deliver on the job.

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience strategizing and executing DTC digital ad campaigns focused on e-commerce conversion
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords Certifications
  • Expert level experience with Google Tag Manager & Analytics to set up and track ecommerce conversions, funnels, and events
  • Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across multiple objectives (lead generation, remarketing, conversion)
  • Methodical systems and creative approaches to building audiences based on interest, demographics, and consumer behavior
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and how to collect leads, nurture them, and convert
  • Must have experience strategizing multi-channel digital campaigns. Strong digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing and selling impactful campaign plans that drive business results.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
  • Natural self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit that is self motivated and driven
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work confidently, both independently and on a team
  • Naturally curious and creative: constantly looking for ways to improve upon things and unafraid to ask questions
  • Ability to break down complex projects and discuss with the team and clients in ways they can understand

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience optimizing e-commerce websites with Google Optimize
  • Ability to manage email campaigns and automations
  • Proven experience in SEO (technical and content)
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Pinterest advertising
