    We’re looking for our first ZERO TO ONE Director of Marketing to build the team, processes and systems as we scale our company from 20 to 80 people.
      The right candidate is hands-on, detailed oriented and has a passion for storytelling. Experience in recruiting and managing high throughput teams that consistently meet or exceed goals is a plus.
        Key areas of responsibility include:
          • Team Building - Recruiting & managing 5-7 person marketing department.
          • Launches - Oversee 1-2 high impact launches per week (i.e. Opera Browser Partnership).
          • Influencers - Blockchain & Crypto influencer marketing.
          • Communications - Managing external communications and overseeing a PR firm.
          • Affiliate marketing - Sourcing, management and retention of dozens of key partners.
          • Content marketing - Emails, videos, AMAs and similar. Manage editorial and video production employees or contractors as required to produce high quality content on a rapid schedule.
          • Brand - Oversee brand style guides, website/ad copy, and messaging. Ensure a consistent and cohesive story in the market.
            Experience:
            • 10+ years in growing and managing high performance marketing teams
            • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-throughput startup environment
            • Experience in a consumer software business is a plus
            • A passion for the blockchain/crypto space is a strong plus
