Cloud Services Analyst

You will join a team that’s seen 10x the number of customers hosting on our cloud services in the past 3 years. At this exponential rate, as the team grows, you’ll grow as well!

In addition to being an integral part of our Cloud Services, success also includes the following:

• Having excellent knowledge of Windows Servers, SQL and Remote Desktop Apps. A huge plus if you have 2+ years of experience owning or managing a small sized server infrastructure (over 50 employees).
• Leading time-sensitive projects with minimal guidance and on time completion every time.
• Communicating well with customers and internal teams providing troubleshooting direction and escalated-issues support to internal & external customers.
• Having an aptitude for teaching and coaching others, ability to develop quality training materials and documents for Tier 1 support teams including internal and customer facing knowledge base content.
• Being a logical thinker, clear communicator and highly organized. Without being bureaucratic, you will have very high regard for change management processes, compliance and security standards.
