Are you an innovative and creative thinker in the digital space? A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity? We're looking for an experienced leader capable of successfully working with internal and external stakeholders towards a common goal on a dynamic team. The Digital Experience Director is responsible for guiding and leading the customer experience strategy for clients in a variety of industries; providing agency thought leadership on digital communications and marketing; and establishing agency and account best practices.

Duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive web strategies in alignment with account or agency strategies

• Leads overall web team and team budget to ensure a best-in-class digital experience for users

• Champion and educate internal teams on best practices in UX design and Web Management that drives engagement, conversion, and advocacy for agency clients and the agency at large

• Analyze multiple data-centric resources, researching user behaviors across web properties and seeking the why

• Define, test, and validate new ideas/concepts and features working with key cross-functional team members across the agency

• Serve as a champion for the end user, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data that provides analysis and insights into ways that guide end-to-end web experiences and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and ROI for clients

• Continuously improve and influence innovation across the digital customer experience for both the agency and its clients

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and company policies on web site usage, security, and standards for agency and its clients

• Maintain industry awareness of trends, create POV documents and assess how technology and innovation fit into the bigger picture of digital and traditional communications and marketing

Qualifications:

• BS/BA Preferred; and 10+ years professional experience preferably in an agency environment

• 8-12 years of prior management experience leading web focused teams

• Familiarity with Adobe’s design suite (Photoshop & Dreamweaver), WordPress and content management systems in general, database systems and project management systems

• Deeply analytical and data driven; proficiency with CPA, LTV, A/B testing, promotional strategy, attribution models, and cohort analysis

• Knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript & XML

• Demonstrated client service/account management experience, experience with B2C marketing as well as B2B marketing preferred

• Progressive experience in customer focused web product management and/or UX/UI design

• Excellent problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communications skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives

• Confident and effective speaker and presenter, as well as an active listener open to feedback

• Proven ability to retain and build client relationships, including managing through challenges

• High levels of accountability relative to financial stewardship of client accounts and agency

• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot Marketo, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, landing page personalization, retargeting ad networks and social advertising platforms or similar systems to identify, engage and track relevant prospects at target accounts
