Job Description
If you are looking to break into the lucrative B-B Enterprise software sales career, this entry-level position is your foot in the door. We are hiring SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) who can work closely with experienced founders.
This is a typical biz dev/lead gen job for a small fast-growing company, so all the usual duties apply. Day to day that means:
- Contacting marketing qualified leads
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients
We are looking for exceptional, driven individuals. This is an entry-level sales job, but we want someone who is hungry to progress, driven to win and make more money. We are not only offering a job, but we would also like to build your career as we grow.
Who you are:
- A fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Someone who is prepared and does their homework: know about Waydev
- Able to handle stress of fast-paced work and sales quotas
- You like cold-calling and can handle rejection.
- You are able to handle uncertainty and prioritize your time effectively.
Experience you’ll have:
- Entry level job but previous marketing or lead gen/biz dev experience preferred.
