Junior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer for our midtown Manhattan office. Under the supervision of a Senior Developer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of in-house applications.

Job duties consist of:

• Design and create software solutions to support needs of organization.
• Monitor and assist with software installation, ensure application operates with established specifications.
• Resolve and repair software issues reported by end users.
• Respond to all system inquiries by various departments in a timely manner.
• Ensure that SQL data is in an accurate and operable capacity.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Must have Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer
• 3-5 years of experience working with .NET languages and with SQL Server 2005 or higher
• Experience using SSIS, SSMS, Crystal Reports, and visual Studio development tools
• Knowledge of factoring or accounting a plus
• Possess communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
