Sr. Front-End React Developer

We are looking for a senior front-end developer, with deep experience in React, who will work with our design and backend team and create the front-end app + website using Material design principles. As one of the first engineers on our startup team, this role requires an individual who can strategically design the architecture of a scalable web and mobile application and do the foundational hands-on development as well. We expect the person to be confident in their skills, opinionated regarding user experience, and fun to be around.

This is a full time position located in San Francisco, CA

Job Responsibilities

• Design a robust front end code framework
• Work with the design team and build the front end experience for mobile (iOS, Android) and web using React and related technologies
• Develop, Debug, Test with extreme self-discipline
• Create the CI/CD framework for app and website release
• Create automation test scripts for unit testing, regression testing, data driven testing, black box testing and smoke testing of the front end UI that was built

Qualifications

• Must have very good programming, architecting code and debugging skills
• 5+ years in coding and software development.
• 3+ years in React and/or React Native development
• A Computer Science or related Engineering degree from a reputed university is preferred
• Experience developing consumer facing applications that have scaled to handle large number of users is preferred
