Infrastructure Architect

You’ll be part of the team that is responsible for designing, developing, and operating the infrastructure and applications that support our transition to Cloud-based technologies. Your strong technical background will include a combination of both analytical and IT skill sets in order to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix environment issues, and develop monitoring solutions and tools for daily operational activities. You will define stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality infrastructure technical solutions in our On-premises and Azure environment. This key role requires the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. You will also assist project teams with technical issues in project initiation and planning phases.

Qualifications

We’re seeking an exceptionally skilled, self-directed and flexible team player with:

- BS/MS in computer science, information technology or related field

- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise-level infrastructure implementation and data center operations

- Project and system planning experience

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Linux based servers

- Proven background with Citrix Technologies (VDI, XenApps, XenDesktop, ShareFile, App Layering, etc.)

- Microsoft, Linux, Azure and AWS Certified Infrastructure Architect or equivalent certifications

- Demonstrated success in hardware, documentation techniques, and systems analysis

- Understanding of long-term capacity and performance planning

- Background in software and hardware procurement

- Experience designing logical and physical network infrastructure diagrams

- Knowledge of firewall configuration and troubleshooting

- Strong diagnosis, problem solving, multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills

- Health care and data center experience preferred
