Senior IT Security/ Privacy, CCPA Tools

Description

The role of the IT Security/Privacy CCPA Tools Expert is a partner for customers. The role is to ensure and assist the organization with compliance to regulatory, legal and finance requirements with special focus on emerging privacy regulations. You are a customer-focused, highly collaborative individual who enjoys working in a delivery environment to advance existing emerging business and critical technology according to Roche needs.

We are looking for a customer-focused, highly collaborative individual responsible for ensuring that IT project teams produce systems that are effective and compliant.

The selected candidate will be responsible to:

• Engage with the business in requirement discussions to ensure our solutions address business needs
• Assemble global feedback on proposed or existing standards and tools and providing recommendations for new guidance/standards or revisions to existing guidance/standards
• Facilitate the completion of the System Risk Assessment (SRA) and additional downstream assessments for group IT projects and services
• Provide consultation and guidance to delivery and operational units within Pharma IT on accurate interpretation of Roche CSV and security standards
• Provide independent quality support / quality oversight to IT projects or to IT programs
• Escalate non-compliance against quality standards to appropriate governance bodies and Risk Management function for resolution
• Ensure adherence to applicable policies and standards governing project delivery, Risk Management, CSV and other applicable standards

Who You Are

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry including Risk Management and Pharmaceutical Regulations (US, EU, other regulators) as it relates to Computer Systems
• Experience with software development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with personnel at all levels.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work outside the standard office hours across different time zones as required.
