A Microsoft System Engineer (MSE) will be responsible for all SFMOMA Microsoft on-premises backend servers and cloud based services including Skype for Business, Exchange, SharePoint, Office365, Azure AD, and SCCM. As directed by the Manager of IT Operations, this role will deliver quality network/server engineering services maintaining current as well as planning for future systems. The MSE will also engage in scoping, planning, and executing various projects focused on, but not limited to, Microsoft technologies. The MSE uses documented processes and procedures to execute tasks/duties and requires a minimum of supervision and assistance. The MSE also helps create/modify processes and procedures to effectively manage and administer the network infrastructure and assists the Manager of IT Operations with network/systems design and deployment.
