The Citia platform creates fully-featured browser-based, app-like experiences that run cross-device and cross-platform. By using a proprietary “CardMesh” system, we can extend short attention spans by 10X—letting Brands tell big stories in small pieces. 

Citia’s unique content-hub architecture is a fundamental requirement for intelligence-driven customization at scale—the holy grail for marketers including: GE, Viacom, Comcast, BP, Genentech, P&G, J&J and many more. 

About the position:  We are looking for true all-stars with a passion for enterprise software to help us build out our world class sales team. The Citia Sales Team is looking for someone who is dynamic, creative, and has a track record for managing creative deals and building and expanding trusted relationships with clients. An pro-active doer with great account experience, who can help our clients maximize their success with the Citia Platform. And, of course, someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in!

Your Impact:  - Work with and help grow a world class sales team & customer pool  - Develop collaborative programs that identify new ciient needs and solutions for upsell and expansion revenue  - Collaborate with the Sales Team to convert pilots into deep client relationships.  - Communicate effectively and intelligently on Citia’s relevance in the market.

Requirements:  - Bachelor degree from a 4 year university  - 3+ years experience with account management  - Past experience using sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc. a plus  - High energy, collaborative and interested in creating a market with brand new technology  - You work well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing with strong communication and storytelling skills
