What will your career look like at Mobiliti?

As the technology leader you will be someone that communicates and works with all facets of the business from product to marketing. You will interface with the management/leadership team on a daily basis to help structure and solidify the business strategy.  

From a day-to-day perspective you will be involved in daily meetings, leading the team through complex integrations with 3rd party APIs and architecting the Mobiliti platform.  You will also be involved in shaping Mobiliti’s future roadmap and feature set. You will have the ability to manage the development team through scoping sessions, weekly one-on-one and team meetings.

You are someone with:  

• Well-advanced in back-end and front-end object-oriented development, using technologies such as Python/Django/Flask, ASP.Net MVC, C#, AngularJS, React Native, NodeJS and PhoneGap 
• Ability to design and develop highly scalable infrastructure and APIs.
• Deep understanding of popular database technologies and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Strong ability to coach developers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
• Understands the value derived from shipping code rapidly to production and iterating on the results.
• Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to find solutions to problems using structured approaches. 
• Solid experience with 3rd party API integrations
• General techniques and understanding of DevOps philosophies and CICD 
• Responsible for day to day management of engineering and quality assurance teams
• Understanding of agile product development and product management
• Ability to work with remote development teams and assist in building an in-house development team.
