Products - Support Manager / Microsoft Windows/Networking Support Manager

Analysis of end client Microsoft Network requirements needed to support the President of Physical Web Defense 7, Inc. ("PWD7"), and the COO & CTO of Collaborationstudios.com, LLC ("CS")  and to provide support for the CS Development staff and the PWD7 Distributor field projects staff.  Primarily performing technology and projects support tasks, and assisting the CS COO in the creation and management of a new 24/7/365 telephone support group, and several new projects support groups. This new department is designed to support the PWD7 and CS end clients via the CS Distribution Partners field staffs. 10+ years experience with large scale corporate Microsoft networks (MS Active Directory Authentication process knowledge required).
