Position Overview
This person is responsible for the coordination and execution of the demand generation marketing strategies for Diligent and BoardEffect with a primary focus on organizations in the Americas. The role will drive the creation of new leads, and sales opportunities across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads the drive pipeline creation and revenue through website, SEO/SEM, advertising, events, exc.
- Work closely with SEM/SEO team to develop content and keyword strategies
- Continuous website optimization and testing by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Optimizing campaigns for ROI to meet pipeline contribution targets
- Demand Generation reporting in Marketo, Salesforce, Domo and other tools
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
- Work closely with the content marketing team to align on topics and strategy for the region
- Ensure tight alignment through regular meetings and communication with sales leadership on campaign allocation and messaging
- Coordinate with other members of the marketing team to drive further integration and increased marketing bandwidth
- Work closely with the Global events team on generating sales from events
- Develop customer focused campaigns to drive add-on opportunities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to type and/or manage laptop or personal computer keyboard for the purpose of internal and external electronic communication.
- Ability to see and hear and communicate verbally

- Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Ability to make decisions which have moderate to significant impact on the immediate team and division and stakeholders/colleagues and be able to monitor that impact
