Software AG, a leading international software company, is searching for high-performing Technical Sales Engineering candidates to join our Post University Hire Program at its Reston, VA location.  The ideal candidate is a recent college grad that has completed a major with a Technology or Engineering focus. This individual will have the desire to start a career in supporting a team of Software Sales Associates.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn the day-to-day activities, processes and systems we use to qualify sales opportunities and how we operate our business
• Become proficient in technical discovery, research, and documenting our prospects current enterprise architectures
• Live and breathe in a "cloud first" world and become entrenched in all cutting-edge technologies.
• Improve your overall sales acumen including phone presence and skills and conversational techniques through peer-to-peer coaching, management coaching, and real-life practice
• Be coached and mentored by our best and brightest Systems Engineers and Solution Architects with exposure to our top customers
• Always be self-educating: on the markets we serve, what our customers care about, and the solutions Software AG offers to help them
• Be maniacally attentive to the importance of our data and the accuracy of it through defined Salesforce.com hygiene practices
