Do you have full-stack, web application development experience? Do you aspire to join a scaling-stage startup team? If yes, read on!
Matterhorn, a startup out of the University of Michigan Law School and based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is now a Government Brands company and we are expanding!
We are transforming how people interact with the justice system. With our software-as-a-service platform, people can go to court without actually physically going to court. In other words, that traffic ticket you got at that out-of-state football game? Now you can contest it without leaving your couch.
About us
We're expanding in Ann Arbor as we increase our market share nationwide. We're fun, hard-working, team-oriented and fast-paced. We believe that none of us is successful unless we are all successful. And we actually love hanging out together! We have a relaxed, flexible and fun environment in downtown Ann Arbor surrounded by coffee shops.
We are looking for a full-time Java developer with a few years' experience to join us for the road ahead and be a key member of our small but growing team! We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
Please Note:
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. - thank you.
- This is not a remote position - thank you again.
About you

And while startups are fun and sexy and amazing places to work, you know there's a lot of hard work involved and you're good with that. Also, you're not a jerk. Sorry – life's too short.

- full-stack, web application development
- server-side JavaScript and Java
- Javascript front-end frameworks
- Programming with relational and non-SQL databases
- Implementing and consuming RESTful APIs
