Job Description
Position Title: Demand Generation Leader
Position Status: Full time, Exempt
Reports to: Bespoke Collection President
Supervisory Responsibility: Private Client Membership and B2B Leaders, External Vendors 

Essential Job Responsibilities: 
Do you want to be part of a team that transforms our company to a top tier player in our industry? Bespoke Collection is looking for a top-notched Demand Generation Leader to join our growing team. As the Demand Generation Leader, you will be responsible for significantly accelerating demand for our wine, art, sculpture and experience offerings (The Bespoke wine brands and ÆRENA Galleries brand) with highly effective, integrated, measurable, and repeatable lead generation/nurturing programs. Focusing on identifying qualified prospects for our products, you will work to ensure Bespoke achieves all acquisition, retention and upsell goals with innovative and compelling marketing programs that differentiate Bespoke in the marketplace and deliver an outstanding experience for prospects, clients and members.

Key Technical Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute on a refined lead scoring program for all prospects in a multi-brand/multi-sales channel environment.
• With marketing and sales team, define, plan and execute integrated demand generation programs including cost effective SEO/SEM, email campaigns, database mirroring, strategic partner content and commerce portals, and social media engagement. 
• Actively lead the client path to signup/purchase/repurchase through website, online client portal and eCommerce process. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling web, email and social content for outbound marketing programs that focus on client interest/conversion to wine membership(s) and/or multiple sales transactions that builds consistent brand engagement. 
• Map prospect and client communication’s journey in salesforce’s Sales and Marketing Clouds to optimize potential for brand engagement and trackable RFM statistics. Utilize email and SMS marketing as part of this journey mapping and execution. 
• Implement A/B testing practices to improve performance on ad campaigns, webpages, and e-mail campaigns; track all demand generation efforts in Salesforce Campaigns and Google Analytics to consistently report on quantitative cost and revenue metrics to optimize ROI. 
• Technically and functionally take leadership in the company’s Bespoke Benefits loyalty program to optimize client & member engagement.
Team and Brand Leadership
• Execute on a strategic vision for how we optimize the sales pipeline to build awareness of Bespoke Collection worldwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with the private client sales and marketing teams by leading by example to ensure all are supported and inspired in their current position and future brand opportunities. 
• Motivate private client team members to build loyal customer relationships and not focus on one-time transactions. 
• In collaboration with Bespoke HR leadership, develop and maintain a productive work team by creating programs for hiring, training, and professional development. Complete and deliver performance appraisals. 
• Consistently seek to attract and retain the right team members at all levels for the ever-evolving demands of the business.
• Maintain a mindset of omni-channel marketing to ensure offline and online clients experiences mesh seamlessly.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with leadership team to discuss strategic and tangible issues to increase process results.
