Position Purpose:


  • Develop cyber security roadmap to establish goals and ensure alignment with Centene’s overall strategies for growth; maintain low cyber security risk levels aligned with the Annual Operating Plan investment strategy
  • Maintain industry awareness across wide spectrum of developing cyber strategies, processes and technologies; recommend new efforts to address emerging threats
  • Manage team members, providing feedback and coaching including performance management and reviews.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to properly manage threats and risk to company assets, including industry reviews and new technology investigations
  • Meet with auditors and regulators to clearly demonstrate Centene security strategy processes and capabilities


Qualifications:
Evaluation options and develop long term cyber security strategies.

Education/Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; 5+ years security/strategy experience 


License/Certification: 
CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or similar preferred
