We provide aggregation, visualization, analytics, and reporting services to financial institutions, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals. We have completed our latest fund raise (Series A) and are now looking to grow significantly. As part of our growth plan we are looking for a talented individual to continue the growth of our product feature and functionalities.

As a member of our Product Team you will be responsible for designing and delivering highly automated solutions to address our clients’ needs. You will be responsible for connecting subject matter experts with the software developers to ensure that new features are prioritized correctly and delivered on-time. The role will require to work with the latest technologies in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company.

Canopy Engine is at the heart our business. The product is responsible to extracting, standardizing, reconciling, and enriching data that is received via institutional data-feeds, PDFs, excel and many more. The data transformation is a high volume and complex procedure that requires impeccable attention to detail and logic based mindset!

Key Roles

• Understand the needs of the market / client to maximize the effectiveness of our product pipeline.
• Ensure that the product is of the highest quality and addresses the needs of the current and future client base.
• Be the centre of knowledge for all product features, dependencies, database management, and future developments.
• Define, write, and review product requirements to ensure that there is very clear and comprehensive communication between the product team and software developers.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing, Data Analytics, and Client Success teams to ensure that new features and functionalities are communicated to the market and that the client feedback loop is maintained.
• Design and establish development processes that improve efficiencies while reducing development risk.
• Manage and ensure that the your junior members continue to develop and meet the high standards expected at Canopy.

Requirements:

• +4-8 years of relevant experience working in a leading technology company or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of financial products (CFA, FRM, CAIA is an advantage)
• Strong leadership skills (managing teams of 4-6 people)
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast moving and pressured environment.
• Highly effective oral and written communication
• Experienced with SQL is strongly preferred
