Position information

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the successful implementation of the GO1 training platform (Learning Management System, SaaS, learning content) for GO1 clients
  • Analyze and understand the client's training needs and processes and offer solutions by configuring and implementing the GO1 training platform
  • Run training workshops to educate and assist users with the GO1 platform and content
  • Perform proactive customer satisfaction activities as well as reactive problem solving, aiming at increasing customer satisfaction and reducing churn
  • Be responsible for increasing user numbers for clients on your portfolio, as well as identifying upsell opportunities that will benefit your customers
  • Be responsible for general client satisfaction and NPS scores of a portfolio of clients, fighting for them inside our company, delivering whatever is necessary for the success of their training project, and promoting customer success and admiration in all GO1 customers
  • Provide professional and articulate communications via phone, online chat, and email, as well as both professional and personable in-person manner
  • Occasional travel may be required to visit clients across the US

Position Requirements

  • Preferably minimum of 2 years experience in a similar, client facing role
  • Excellent Communication skills (listening, explanatory, persuasion, negotiation)
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Experience in managing/leading CS teams is preferred
  • High ability to empathize and be likeable, on the phone, email, chat and in person
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and experience with Learning Management systems will be an advantage but are not strictly required
  • Preferred experience using Salesforce, Office suite and Google documents
  • We are looking for team players with a positive mindset who can work under pressure
