Technical Product Manager

You’re a laser-focused Technical Product Manager who loves building digital experiences. You understand what it takes to deliver high value products from ideation to launch by leading client/partner collaboration, and working cross-functionally with UX, Developers, and QA. Our next Technical Product Manager will be an integral part of our growing Product Operations team, working across a wide range of clients and products.

 Qualifications:

•  4+ years technical product management experience
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor written and verbal communications to the audience
• Exceptional relationship and customer service skills
• Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization both internally & externally
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills
• Comfortable presenting complex topics in detail to key stakeholders
• Experience creating roadmaps and aligning delivery schedules to them.
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing product features and creating technical requirements.
• Experience driving daily work through issue tracking systems and managing agile boards
• Willingness to steer the overall design and development strategy of applications by engaging business/technical leads, customers, and developers.
• Understanding of modern web protocols and concepts
• Extremely detail oriented

Desirable:

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Previous experience with fintech and/or e-commerce product
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Google)
• Working knowledge of user-centric design, user flows
• Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore teams
• Strong understanding of full product development lifecycle
• Systems analysis skills
• Knowledge of SQL
