About the Role:

As a Demand Generation Manager at ACST, you’re responsible for the strategy and implementation of demand generation programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, pipeline creation, nurturing, scoring and leading the reporting and analytics used to refine and improve our marketing programs. This is a strategic position withdirect influence on the direction of ACST’s demand generation strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive integrated multi-channel demand generation programs. Manage day-to-day lead operations: ensure quality lead flow, optimize lead follow-up, and data quality for reporting.
  • Drive marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement, lead management, and driving funnel stage improvements (MQL, SQL, Opportunities).
  • Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
  • Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management, improved lead quality, enhanced data quality and tools and templates.
  • Drive marketing database strategy, including analyzing gaps in data, contact acquisition strategy, practices that ensure data quality and measuring database health.
  • Partner with the sales operations team to define data required to perform desired analyses and participate in the development of data processes to deliver required data.
  • Lead a growing, high performing team to consistently deliver on key demand generation and marketing programs priorities and operational efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:

  •  B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related field with 5-7 years of experience in developing and executing successful demand generation programs, delivering growth and increasing ROI, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation system
  • Church and/or ministry market understanding/experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Creative writing ability & editorial proofreading skills
  • Strong track record of collaboration with sales and others in marketing
  • Results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
  • Proven track record of leading successful demand generation programs with a breadth of knowledge from marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, lead processes, reporting & analysis
