Creative Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic and aesthetic oversight, encouragement and counsel
• Able to adapt as creative assignments change and evolve while maintaining quality
• Self-motivated and able to keep projects moving
• Understand the design challenges of individual projects and the ability to provide creative solutions to problems
• Ability to ensure that visual communication and brand standards are met

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Arts Degree, or 5+ years related experience and/or training
• Excellent rapid idea development
• A sense of humor
• No job too small attitude
• Ability to shift gears in a fast-paced environment
• Strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills in order to effectively handle multiple projects at a time
• Successfully manages schedule to meet strict timelines
• Strong communication and listening skills, and pay close attention to detail
• Resourceful, demonstrating the ability to problem solve and find multiple creative ideas
• Able to collaborate effectively with other members of the team
• Self-driven
• Comfortable working in a team setting
• Ability to travel nationally and some internationally at times
