Product Development Lead - Investment Banking Technology Start-up

Our solution will enable an equal, level playing field for bulge brackets, regional players and boutiques alike to compete for global investment opportunities and banking mandates.

The role:

We are looking for an exceptional motivated Investment Banking Senior Associate or Junior VP with an extensive background in corporate finance to join our newly established tech start-up. The successful candidate is looking to apply her/his corporate finance and business talents in a dynamic tech start-up environment as a key member of an outstanding development team.

The candidate will be responsible for all stages of the product lifecycle to include setting initial requirements, product development, QA, launch and continuous enhancement. The candidate will share insights into investment banking workflows and outputs with the development team throughout the platform buildout process. The candidate will work closely with a CTO, a team of developers and quality assurance professionals.

The role requires spending first 12-18 months in Israel with a potential transfer to the USA once the product is launched.

Requirements for the candidate include: applied corporate finance expertise; excellent deal sheet; broad sector coverage experience; experience in execution across M&A, ECM & DCM; exceptional financial modelling and presentation building skills; experience in managing, training and assessing team members; and excellent quantitative, written and spoken communication skills.
