East Coast Sales Manager

Minibar Delivery is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as East Coast Sales Manager. In this role, you will drive Minibar expansion through liquor store partnerships in new and existing markets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

• Grow Minibar Delivery's partner network of liquor stores across the East Coast. From the initial pitch to activation, you will own the sales and on boarding process of bringing new liquor stores online.
• Drive new city launches and align key stakeholders to successfully enter new markets.
• Adhere to measurable KPIs related to store additions and expansion.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Sales team, help refine processes and share best practices.
• Share feature requests and insights from the field with product and technology teams to ensure that Minibar is offering a best-in-class product.
• Liaise with Operations and Customer Support to address coverage needs and store issues.
• Moderate travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (startups a plus).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals, and hitting measurable goals.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• You understand technology and are able to communicate our value proposition to liquor store owners.
• You're a team player. Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer industry is a plus.

The position is based in our New York City headquarters. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
