Director of Growth

Unbound is hiring a Growth Marketer to 10x revenue over the next 18 months.

At Unbound, our mission is to make sexual health and wellness accessible to women errwhur. What does that even mean? To be the brand that puts sexual wellness products in the hands of 75% of American women by 2025. Our strategy is to offer women witty, engaging content; quality products at an affordable price, and valuable subscription offerings.

Unbound’s Growth Team will have the following goals over the next 18 months:

• -10x topline revenue
• -50% of customers shop again
• -50% of sales are from the Unbound branded products
• -60% of customers new to the category

This is a highly entrepreneurial role working alongside Unbound’s founders. The focus of this role is not to simply harvest existing demand, but rather to expand demand for sexual wellness products. You must be open to trying anything, ruthless about digging into the data and nixing projects that don’t work, and aggressive about doubling & tripling down on tactics that do. AKA ya gotta be a badass biddie shot caller. As you succeed, you will be expected to help build Unbound’s growth team, potentially in a leadership capacity.

DREAM DATE
The ideal candidate for this role is a mid­-career online marketer with entrepreneurial experience, extremely (you are as much a marketer as you are a data analyst) strong analytical skills, and passion for Unbound’s mission.
