Unbound is hiring an Editor in Chief to 10x the number of eyeballs and eardrums tuning in over the next 18 months.

At Unbound, our mission is to make sexual health and wellness accessible to women errwhur. What does that really mean? To be the brand that puts sexual wellness products in the hands of 75% of American women by 2025. Our strategy is to offer women witty, engaging content; quality products at an affordable price, and valuable subscription offerings at the frequency that makes sense for them.

GOOOOOOOOALS:
The Editor in Chief will have three goals over the next 18 months:
1. 10x Unbound’s engaged audiences (e.g., blog traffic, video views)
2. 10x Unbound’s followership (e.g., Instagram, FB, Pinterest, email)
3. Create ROI positive content that materially drives business revenues
This is a highly entrepreneurial role working alongside Unbound’s founders and Growth team. The purpose of content and editorial at Unbound is to close the educational gap and engage women who don’t currently invest in their sexual health and wellness. The aim is to expand demand for the sexual wellness category for the biddies who need it most.

As Unbound’s Editor-­in­-Chief, it’s your M.O. to define and achieve the key metrics for Unbound content. To succeed, you must have a sharp tongue, exceptional sense of humor, great eye, scrappy attitude and willingness to try anything (except, you know, voting for Trump). As you succeed, you will be expected to build and lead Unbound’s editorial team.

OUR DREAM DATE:
The ideal candidate for this role is a mid-­career journalist or content marketer in a leadership role with world­class copywriting skills, entrepreneurial inclinations, and a burning passion for Unbound’s mission. You must have at least 3 years of editorial leadership experience. You must also kick tush at the following:
● Copywriting
● Video Production
● Editing
● Managing creative talent
● Achieving business goals
● Kicking ass and taking names
