Are you looking to join a fast-growing startup? Are you interested in supporting corporate executives make key business decisions around new technology commercialization? We're on a mission to accelerate the pace of science and need brilliant talent to make it happen.


We're currently scaling our business development efforts and are seeking experienced sales leaders to fuel our growth. The role involves everything from commercializing a new product to building a company.


Below is a high level description of our ideal hire:

Commercial Team at Resolute Innovation:


  • Skilled at managing a sales funnel - transform qualified leads into major accounts across corporate teams in innovation, legal, R&D, and corporate development;
  • Able to manage teams - planning, managing, and guiding lead generation teams and sales development teams
  • Works with a strong sense of urgency, which translates into activity with the expectation of leading up to 20 qualified prospect calls a day
  • Is naturally and highly curious - asking detailed questions, guiding potential clients through needs analysis and discovery sessions to qualify the lead and drive new opportunities;
  • Has strong prioritization skills - we generate thousands of leads for the team to work with every month, and this team knows how to identify and go after the key customers:
  • Acts as a strategic consultant - our clients appreciate the value of our data for their needs, so we take the time to understand those needs and address them head on;
  • Is talented and professional communicators, both verbally and in written works;
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills and can effectively close leads;
  • Is self-motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed;
  • Loves to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
  • Is a team player with entrepreneurial spirits - they come up with and are willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of success;
  • Is interested in emerging science, corporate innovation, and technology;
  • Generally has at least five (5) years of professional work experience, ideally in some sort of sales role;
  • Has positive, aggressive, goal - oriented attitude and mentality and can be motivated both as an individual and as part of a team;
  • Has a BA / BS degree, frequently in business, science/engineering, and related majors.
