As an integral member of the team, you will provide the technical leadership to architect, design, develop and implement highly scalable and reliable solutions and oversee all technical aspects for implementing short and long-term strategies for BIC.
On any given day:
- Lead the entire process from idea incubation to supporting commercialization as it relates to software and services based solutions for the Enterprise and SMB markets for multiple strategic initiatives
- Translate business use cases that address customer needs and business pain points into technical solutions
- Identify, analyze and evaluate alternate design solutions and architectures
- Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) for identified needs and use cases, document findings and sharing with the leadership team
- Stay on the leading edge of technologies (including researching emerging technologies) and capabilities that will influence or disrupt customer behaviors and expectations, formulate a point-of-view (POV); document findings, present meaningful insights to key stakeholders and drive strategic technology decisions
- Provide technology due diligence of prospective investment and M&A opportunities
- Maintain and share technology best practices with the global BIC team and other key stakeholders, including how KM compares to others (competitive benchmarking)
- Effectively collaborate with the partner eco-system to co-develop and GTM with differentiated solutions

Does this sound like you?
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in designing, architecting, creating and delivering software and services based solutions
- Some experience in a similar role at a startup or corporate innovation center is desired
- Proven track record in incubating ideas and working with partners to take innovative solutions to market
- Demonstrated experience in iterative development of POC’s/Pilots for rapid market validation
- Must have a proactive can-do attitude with a unique ability to lead by doing/example
- BS Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience
