As the Marketing Communications Manager, you are the one who works with senior leaders to shape, give life to, and develop a marketing communication plan for how to express the vision of BearX to the rest of the world. You are a lover of language and possess an eye for design that can bring any story to life verbally and visually; you make the simple stories extravagant stories. You have the ability to use multiple channels to perfectly articulate who we are, what we do and why we are the best. You know how to connect with people and have built a network of individuals to help share the stories you create. You never settle for mediocrity and are constantly seeking out the most up to date, innovative marketing and communications trends to stay at the top of your game.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience developing an integrated marketing communication strategy
- Ability and knowledge of the best marketing communications strategies and advertising tools to spread awareness and create hype about BearX
- Experience and proficiency creating materials using the Adobe Suite (AI, ID, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to act as brand gatekeeper
- Experience working within the limits of and maximizing a budget
- Develop resource materials to assist other teams with the marketing and communications of any activities and events happening at BearX
- Ability to produce and distribute all BearX marketing materials (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Experience managing media planning and impact
- Ability and experience analyzing total number of impressions and maximizing frequency and reach
- Experience analyzing and tracking ROMI
- Has experience developing plans, programs (local and national) and budgets for marketing communications and public relations and tracking progress, adjusting when necessary
- Someone who is a great writer, eloquent speaker, and skillful designer with the ability to interpret a vision and clearly communicate it (visually and verbally) to others
You might have:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically branding and/or communications
- Experience at a creative agency working for clients like Red Bull, SXSW, the X-Games, festivals, entertainment agencies or somewhere similar
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Previous experience as a graphic designer
- Experience with different social media platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment
