Entry-Level Business Development Representative [$50K - $70K OTE]

LaunchSource is disrupting the way early-career professionals jumpstart a career at a high-growth tech startup. We have been working with startups for 3+ years and have built an exclusive community of 80+ partners that rely on us to help them build and scale their revenue generation teams.

Our core focus is the Business Development Representative (BDR) role and we are looking for experienced, energetic, and career oriented individuals with a startup mentality and ready to take on a truly challenging role at one of our partner companies that are hiring in the next 30 days.

Through our program we are able to highlight the personal aspect of each candidate making you more than a resume, and showcase you in front of hiring managers of exciting companies.

The Role:

• Proactive outbound activity, and prospect qualification
• Research and identify prospective clients
• Make up to 60 calls a day.
• Maintain concise and accurate records of activity within Salesforce.
• Complete development requirements to progress to the next role

The Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree within the last 4 years
• Excellent written/communication skills
• Desire to succeed
• Tech-Savvy is a plus
• Available to work full time in next 30 days
• US Citizen
