The Role:

We’re looking for a strong backend engineer that shares our values of openness, growth, and ownership to join our small team and make a big difference. You will code alongside the company co-founders and other talented engineers as we continue to grow as a company and take on increasingly exciting challenges.

You Will:

• Re-architect our core product for fault tolerance and scalability
• Build and optimize microservices and infrastructure
• Develop complex, efficient geospatial algorithms
• Apply machine learning to solve the key logistics problems that our customers face

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Professional experience with real-time production systems
• An emphasis on hands-on implementation experience and product deployment
• Strong, demonstrated Computer Science fundamentals
• A desire to work in an intense, focused, collaborative workplace

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Node.js, Elasticsearch, WebSockets, MongoDB, Redis or PostGIS
• Deep understanding of building real-time, mission critical systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in CS or STEM
