Job Description

If you are a strong sales leader who wants to define the sales strategy and organization for a rapidly growing challenger brand, then please consider joining Concord. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Sales is responsible for building and scaling a sales organization focused on new business acquisition, upsells, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans and strategies to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target.
  • Build, train, mentor and motivate the sales team.
  • Develop sales team goals and hold team accountable for success.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Total experience of 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales targeting the mid-market sector.
  • 2+ years of proven track record managing successful, high performing new business sales teams.
  • A SaaS model leadership background.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
  • Education: BA/BS or advanced degree.
