The Role:

Do you love building products that change the world around you and finding the most elegant solution in code? Do you enjoy using cutting-edge technology to build beautiful, intuitive, well-written, and maintainable user experiences? Do you proactively identify patterns in everything you touch and enjoy building components to reuse these patterns? If these questions inspire and speak to your passion for frontend engineering, our Sr. Frontend Engineer role is ready for you.

You will:

• Inform the direction of our front-end architecture
• Build and iterate upon end-to-end features with a focus on user experience
• Work with a small tight-knit team of full-stack engineers
• Work closely with the product, design, and marketing teams

Our ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working at a startup or similar environments
• A proven ability to build, launch and iterate under pressure
• Strong programming fundamentals and a track record of building maintainable user experiences
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, AngularJS, Ember.js, etc.)

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with Heroku and AWS
• B.S. in Computer Science / Engineering is a plus
• Side projects, open-source contributions, an extensive Github portfolio, etc.
