Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing is responsible for designing and driving all marketing initiatives for Concord. In this role, you will spearhead and execute strategies for generating demand for Concord at scale, for leveraging Concord's network effect, and for positioning Concord as the go-to contract management solution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies for increased qualified leads.
  • Build an automated nurture program.
  • Establish Concord as the go to solution, and not just a product.
  • Scale and lead a top performing, agile marketing organization.


Qualifications

Requirements

  • 4+ years successful track record building and leading marketing teams in B2B SaaS companies targeting the mid-market sector.
  • Extensive experience in building integrated, demand generation programs for B2B SaaS companies targeting the mid-market sector.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups where the startup had a successful exit.
  • Proven track record of growing and coaching teams.
  • Expertise in latest marketing technology.

Nice to Have

  • Strong network of potential candidates to join the marketing team.
  • Experience in the document or contract management or e-signature space.
