The Role:

We need a strong Product Manager to join the team and help create something great as employee number three. Strategic partnerships have been established and the vision has been considered and developed, so now it’s time to interview customers, learn the lay of the land, and ultimately determine market fit.

This is a prime opportunity for the right person to play a pivotal role in defining and launching the core product of a company that has the competitive advantages to become a leader in the insurance industry.

You Will:

  • Interview customers and understand the issues
  • Test hypotheses using any and all methods at your disposal
  • Prototype, iterate, and create an MVP
  • Launch a pilot program that will put your findings to the test and identify market fit
  • Bring our product to market

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager in a key role
  • Demonstrated ability to assess market fit for new products
  • Experience in a landscape where the primary KPI was usage, and an understanding of the methods involved in driving those numbers
  • High technical acumen
  • Strong understanding of human behavior
  • A collaborative nature

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience as a software engineer
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of safety practices
  • B2B or Enterprise experience
  • Experience with wellness programs
  • Successful implementation of gamification principles or other usage incentives
