Our designers build beautiful websites from scratch that tell a story and inspire action—but that’s just the start. Responsibilities include new website builds and relaunches, branding and identity, advocacy campaign microsites, landing pages for fundraising and email collection, infographics that bring issues to life, impact reports, banner ads, and social media graphics.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of website and graphic design experience, including at least 1-2 years of experience working with nonprofits, social enterprises or advocacy campaigning.

We’re looking for people with a passion for driving meaningful results for clients, a hunger to continue learning in the ever changing digital world, the ability to problem solve to overcome any challenge, a passion for helping teammates succeed and a strong desire to change the world.

Skills & Experience Required:

» 3-4 years of website design experience

» Experience creating wireframes and front-end UX/UI design

» Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS required

» Ability to develop creative concepts and solutions with clients target audience and goals in mind

» Ability to design website with conversion optimization in mind

» Strong technical foundation with Adobe CS/CC

» Basic understanding of SEO: Title tags, H1-H6 tags, meta descriptions, sitemaps, etc

» Working knowledge of Google Analytics

» Clear written and verbal communicator

» Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

» Experience working with nonprofits or social enterprises required

» Experience managing projects with multiple moving pieces, delivering projects on time and within budget

» Agency experience preferred, but not required

» An optimistic dreamer who executes efficiently with a positive can do attitude
