Installation Specialist

With more demand for what we do than ever, we’ve created a new position and we’re looking for an Implementation Specialist. The successful applicant will help us bring our game-changing product to both new and existing customers.

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for;

· Installing Software2’s solutions on the customer’s servers, in accordance with the client expectations

· Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely delivery and support of customer projects

· Training customers on the administrative aspects of the server solution

· Training customers how to utilise Software2’s solutions to package and deploy applications

· Support the customers throughout their journey to go live with the solution

· Interact and collaborate with Software2’s sales teams, in both the US and Canada and across the UK and Europe, too

· Support the helpdesk with local customer issues

Whilst some of the role will be office based, the role will involve travel all over the US and Canada.
