• Provide software development, design and execution of services with respect to innovation initiatives for specific consumer targets;

• Utilize knowledge and extensive experience working with software development and design content and creative teams to discover and evaluate unmet client needs, important trends, and new opportunities for brand support;

• Utilize the innovation process and use of social media to create new brands and new concepts in support of the company’s software products and services;

• Design and implement innovative software development strategies through collaborative input from the management and design teams;

• Develop and implement best tactics to manage the company’s innovation strategies in accordance with the company’s established standard procedures and practices;

• Provide input regarding resources necessary from all parts of company to service the company’s innovative social media strategies effectively;

• Create strategic partnerships with clients to implement innovation of new processes and influence change in clients’ tracking processes and procedures;

• Create best tactics and data necessary to create and initiate innovative social media programs with internal key stakeholders and industry specialists in support of business initiatives;

• Confer with the company’s software design team to offer assistance and guidance on status, effectiveness and appropriate next steps in each software innovation strategy.

The Software Developer position is a professional specialty occupation that requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of education and experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related discipline from an accredited institute of higher education and at least one year software developer/front-end developer experience. The position also requires, expertise using Angular, CSS, HTML, JS, Node.js, Amazon Turk, memcached, MySQL, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Adobe Design suite, and Drupal/CMS.
